Led by Dr. Silas Wandera

Silas Wandera's work has always started with the same question: what is this learning for?

He is CEO of TFA Learning Limited and a former Learning & Development leader at Comcast, with a decade of experience as an Education Consultant across the US. He has taught in New York City and Philadelphia, and now works across learning design, delivery, and measurement — helping individuals, businesses, and institutions connect learners to the right path, teach in ways that adapt, and use feedback and assessment to show what to do next.

His doctorate is in Organizational Learning, Innovation & Leadership, and his recent writing focuses on instructional design and AI in learning and assessment. Wandera Consulting brings that work together at the intersection of AI and learning science: purpose first, technology in service of it.
